CHRISTINA SCHMITT During the last years I solved most of my projects through moving images such as animation and video montage using mainly photographs, one line drawings and collaging techniques. Observing characters in different environments and their everyday concerns has been an ongoing theme in my work to which I add humour and irony. At college as well as through work experience I`ve gained a variety of skills to realize my ideas, such as: traditional EOS stop-frame animation, computing (Paintbox, HAL: Quantel; Photoshop, Director, Freehand: Apple Macintosh), three-machine edit (U-matic), various collage and photographic techniques. In the future I hope to utilise and expand my knowledge and skills, being very open to working in all areas of multimedia art and design.
